Your date is held only when a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are received. The retainer is applied to your final balance, which is due 14 days before your event. Dates are offered in the order inquiries arrive; a proposal does not hold a date.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The retainer is non-refundable; balances already paid are refundable up to 60 days before the event. One reschedule to a new available date is honored at no charge when requested at least 90 days out.
Bridal trials are scheduled on weekdays at the studio, ideally 2-3 months before your wedding. Bring photos of your outfit and jewelry, and arrive with clean, dry hair and a bare face. The trial look is photographed and documented so your wedding morning holds no surprises.
A detailed schedule is agreed the week of your wedding, with the bride's finish time set at least 45 minutes before photos begin. Each additional service is allotted a set window; late arrivals may forfeit their slot so the bride's timeline is never at risk.
On-location service across DC, Maryland, and Virginia is standard; travel beyond 30 miles of the studio is billed at a per-mile rate stated in your proposal. Destination weddings require travel and accommodation to be arranged and covered by the client, with details fixed in the agreement.
Every brush and tool is washed and sanitized between clients. Disposable applicators are used for anything that touches eyes or lips, and products are decanted, never double-dipped. Please share any allergies or skin sensitivities before your trial.
